Once the photo is in Photoshop make sure your foreground color is black and your background color is white, then run the filter) sketch) photocopy (adjusting to how it looks good). You will get something that looks about like this:
And, finally, if you want to make it a bit sharper - and completely black and white, go to image) adjustments) levels. Adjust the THREE arrows to where you like them, where they are all three in the same spot. This will make it black & white without any gray. Erase any "extra" pixels and you are finished. :)
